Gwen Halvorsen is our skilled Bookkeeping and Payroll Specialist. Her role involves managing client payrolls, handling bookkeeping tasks, and providing support to others when needed.
Gwen joined our office in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the field. Her journey in accounting began during her senior year in high school when she engaged in work study with the bookkeeper at Henley High.
With an Associate in Accounting, Gwen's background includes working as both an owner/operator and an employee in various local small service, retail, and agricultural businesses. Her expertise encompasses bookkeeping and customer service, making her a versatile asset to our team.
Gwen finds joy in the interactions she has with coworkers and clients, as well as the teamwork and camaraderie within the office. Everyone is helpful and friendly, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Beyond her professional commitments, Gwen enjoys spending time with family and friends. Her ongoing project of improving her older home reflects her penchant for hands-on activities, with her current focus being on landscaping.
